When you fill in a form on this site we receive what you type: your name, email, phone number, home address, home size and your message.

Once you are a client we also keep what it takes to look after your home: access notes, the Home Manual we write for your household, visit checklists and notes, and photos taken during visits. Billing runs through Stripe, so card details go to Stripe and never to us.

To reply to you, arrange and run your assessment and visits, send visit summaries and reminders, bill for the service, and improve how we work. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

If you tick the text-message box on one of our forms, or agree in person, we text the number you gave us about scheduling and your visits. We keep a record of when and how you agreed.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party. The only outside company that handles your number for texting is our messaging provider, Twilio, which delivers the messages for us.

Reply STOP to any text to stop them, or START to opt back in. Reply HELP for help, or email us.

A small set of service providers process information on our behalf, only to run the service: website and app hosting (Vercel, Convex), email delivery (Resend), text messages (Twilio), payments (Stripe) and spam protection on our forms (Cloudflare). We share information beyond that only if the law requires it.

Inside Keeper, your Keeper and the founders see your household's records. Keepers see only the homes they look after.

Enquiry details are kept while we are in touch and for a reasonable period after. Client records are kept while you are a client and as long as tax and business records require afterwards. Ask us and we will delete what we are not required to keep.

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or stop emails and texts at any time, by emailing us. Our service is for adults; we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page, and tell clients directly about anything significant.
